Descriptipn
The RIU Vallarta rises from an oasis of palms along a golden beach facing the beautiful turquoise waters of the Pacific and just a stones throw from Puerto Vallarta's great shopping and nightlife and next to the RIU Club Jalisco. This beautiful resort consists of 550 tastefully decorated Guestrooms and Jr. Suites, all with unique features like minibar, and liquor dispenser is located in the Nuevo Vallarta area of Puerto Vallarta . Both Children and Adults will enjoy the spacious facilities together with an extended activities and entertainment program, with something different for all tastes. just one of RIU's hallmarks. There is also an outstanding array of excellent bars and restaurants as well as exchange privileges with the RIU Club Jalisco.
Activities
As far as things to do, choose from a wide variety of both land and water activities including, 3 swimming pools including a separate Children's pool, windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling, and kayaks. Take a free Scuba Diving demonstration lesson. On land, play a round of tennis, a game of volleyball, table tennis, workout in the Gym, or enjoy a treatment at the Spa. Other sports , such as golf and horseback riding are nearby. Children from ages 4 -12 can participate in the Kid's Club where specially designed supervised activities abound. At night the whole family can enjoy live shows and live music including entry into the "Pacha" nightclub.
Dining
When hunger strikes choose from 4 A la Carte restaurants and 1 International Buffet Restaurant. Choose from Mexican, Italian, Brazilian, and the Steakhouse or take advantage of the 24 hr. per day snacks and drinks. When you are thirsty you will have 4 bars to choose from serving both local and imported alcohol as well as soft drinks and fruit drinks. In you room use the complimentary minibar and in-room liquor dispensers.
Accommodations
Guestrooms at the resort consist of deluxe rooms, and Jr. Suites. All Guestrooms have, A/C, Satellite TV, full baths with shower, in-room safes, minibar, liquor dispenser, and balcony or patio. Jr. Suites also include bathroom with tub, shower, and bidet, separate sitting area with a sofa, dressing area, and some upper floor Jr. Suites have a jacuzzi on the terrace.
