Sharon, I just wanted to report back to you after returning from our trip to Riviera Paradises. You can be congratulated on guiding us to a resort that met our expectations. The Riviera Paradises met all our expectations and perhaps exceeded them. My husband and daughters were extremely pleased. It wasn’t long after we arrived that my husband said, “ We need to come back.” That is pretty significant for him. Also, my daughters asked me to contact you and ask you to watch for specials for the “Riviera Paradises.” You did a great job of explaining the differences between resorts...the pros and cons. You were accurate about the color of the water due to the reefs(not totally clear blue, but it was great. You were right about the seaweed. There is a lot of seaweed that washes up on the beach, but the resort did a great job of keeping the beach combed. The facility was magical. The openness, the water running through it, the lanterns, the foliage....gorgeous. Our room was beautiful. The restaurants were amazing. There was great entertainment. We loved the live music at night. Lots of fun things to do in the day. Furthermore....the Royal Service was worth every penny! Our room was a little secluded from all the young families. We were steps away from the beach to the right and steps away from the private pool to the left...and oh the bali beds! The people who served us were so friendly and kind. ....and the place was immaculate! We even had a server who was a local man, of course, who got us some mugs from the local craftsmen for $2/cup. He even brought me a beautiful terra cotta water cup as a gift. Finally, I want to say thank you for your services. Everything was very clear and occurred as was said in print..transfers etc. You did a great job. I will surely recommend you to anyone I know.
