If relaxing is your activity of choice, lie by the huge free form pool or on the mile long white sand beach. At night enjoy evening entertainment including performances & music or take the complimentary shuttle into Playa del Carmen for first class shopping. Kids can participate in Lucy's mini-club (ages 4-12) with a variety of supervised activities including their own kid's pool.

Buffets with show cooking as well as 6 specialty restaurants round out the dining options. Choose from an international buffet or an A-La-Carte restaurant including, Brazilian, Japanese, Mediterranean, Mexican, Tropical, and a steak house. Ten bars including 3 swim-up bars, serving national and international cocktails and soft drinks are available to quench your thirst. 388 elegantly appointed rooms as well as 16 Jr. Suites and 2 Presidential Suites in three story buildings are surrounded by lush tropical gardens. All rooms and suites include, 1 king bed or 2 double beds, shower/bath, A/C, hairdryer, telephone, safe deposit box, and balcony or terrace. Jr. Suites include a separate sitting area.

We vacationed at the Paraisio del Mar with 42 friends and family for my sister's wedding and it was so beautiful. The entertainment was phenominal. The Star Dance group worked very hard to see that everyone had fun and made each one of us feel special. We could see how hard everyone worked to make our stay so enjoyable. We all said that we will be coming back to this resort.
