Description
This is Jamaica's original all-inclusive resort. It captures the essence of old Jamaican charm and combines the allure of a 50's Hollywood hangout with a preserved feeling of lush tropical charm. This beautiful old world resort offers finely appointed accommodations, gourmet meals, live entertainment, premium brand drinks, a world of watersports, and even gratuities and taxes are included.
Repeat guests receive a half hour his & hers massage, commemorative t-shirt, special invitation for repeat guests to a managers cocktail party and dinner, one way complimentary flight from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios.
Activities
Activities abound at Couples Ocho Rios with a wide variety of watersports including scuba diving, snorkeling, water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, beach volleyball, water aerobics, pool volleyball. Land sports include tennis, golf with greens fees and transportation, horseback riding and a variety of off-site excursions to Dunn's River Falls, White River Horseback Riding, Catamaran Cruise, Shopping Shuttle, Trip to Margaritaville, and glass bottom boat tour. The Resort has FREE WiFi computer connection and a computer dedicated to guests for FREE Internet access. There is a full spa facility available at an additional cost. For the more daring, the resort has its' own private au naturel island.
Dining
Start your day with open air beach side dining with a large array of tropical fresh fruits and juices, cereal and made to order special. Or enjoy continental breakfast in bed. Choose from a variety of lunch options from the vast buffet to a hamburger at the beach grill. Dinner is served at a variety of restaurants. Choose from the Bayside Pasta Restaurant, the Verandah Restaurant serving continental and Caribbean cuisine and if that is not enough dine at the award winning LeGourmet French restaurant. Enjoy in-between meal snacks at the Beach Grill or sip a cocktail at the main bar. Sing your heart out at the Piano bar or have a pre dinner drink at the Bayside bar.
Accomodations
When day is done, retire to one of 201 finely appointed rooms and suites each with a king bed, A/C, TV, phone, CD player, hairdryer, coffee maker, iron and safe. Choose a room with a garden view or one overlooking the Caribbean Sea. This resort also has 11 ocean or garden view one bedroom suites with jacuzzi and fully stocked bar.
