Description

Sandpiper encompasses all of these elements, then enhances them with programs, amenities and activities designed to take advantage of everything this beautiful slice of Florida has to offer. And, as the only all-inclusive resort in the US those moments are always available.
Activities
At this resort, there is an emphasis on sport activities. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or an expert, you will be supervised by qualified instructors and enjoy the highest standard of facilities and equipment.
Swimming in the swimming-pool - Swimming in the river - Swimming in the ocean (NOTE : shuttle with an additional charge to reach the beach). On the beach at the Village, along the St Lucie river, there are deck/lounge chairs but no sunshades. The beach (ocean) is located about 20 minutes away from the Village. It is long, wide and public without any sunshade or deck/lounge chair. The ocean can be rough with big waves.
Dining
Located in the centre of the Village, facing the Sainte Lucie River, the magnolia restaurant welcomes all the family, morning, noon and night, to discover our selection of international dishes.
The large Sandpiper bar, located between the main swimming pool and the theatre, welcomes young and old alike to enjoy a spot of refreshment between two activities, in a friendly atmosphere.
In the evening only, the sophisticated Sandpiper restaurant offers table service and theme dinners. This restaurant is only open to adults and children over 12 years old.
Accommodations
337 rooms, divided between seven 2-story buildings (with elevators) situated on the banks of the river or in the resort center. Your room includes: bathroom with shower and bath, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini-fridge, coffee machine, iron/ironing board, radio / CD player, telephone, TV and a personal safe.
A comfortable and elegant Club Room, with a living area corner, dressing area, and furnished terrace or balcony. Additional options include a spacious and elegantly decorated Club Room with River View, offering a magnificent view of the St Lucia river from your furnished balcony or terrace.
You will be perfectly at ease with your whole family in a very spacious suite, offering a river view from your furnished terrace.

Children & Teens From 4 months to 17 years old, children want to do it all. Mini Club Med has thought of everything to satisfy their endless thirst for discovery.
All children feel right at home thanks to this service. Everything has been thought for the children's comfort and the parents' well-being.
From 4 months up to 23 months, babies receive a great deal of personal attention and care. * Supervision provided by a specialized G.O® team * Days adapted to the biological rhythms of each child * Specially planned meals * Open 6 days out of 7, 9am - 5.30pm, all season * Complete comfort and adapted facilities such as the bottle-feeding area.
At 2 - 3 years old, children have boundless energy, are making lots of new friends, and seeking new experiences. Dedicated supervision by a specialised team of G.O®s provide early learning games, rest periods, nursery rhymes and songs, walks, snack times with friends including well earned treats etc, and specially planned meals.
Creativity and energy. From 4 to 10 years, children want to do it all. Mini Club Med™ has thought of everything to satisfy their endless thirst for discovery.
Children are divided into age groups as follows; 4-5 yrs., 6-7 yrs. and 8-10 yrs. Engaging activities including flying trapeze, tennis, soccer, sailing, in-line skating, games, arts & crafts, mini scientist and more. A Clubhouse surrounded by an outdoor “funscape” area with toys including dollhouses, and trains and slides. Supervised early meals are available in a special section of the main restaurant. Children enrolled in Mini Club Med™ are granted privileged access to certain sports and activities.
Independence and social spirit. A great tradition at Club Med, Juniors' Club Med (11 to 17) is another way for teenagers to meet friends, take part in their favorite activities, and join in the Club Med resort life. You’ll find it all at Club Med Sandpiper.
