I want to thank you, Geoff and Sharon, for hooking us up with the Iberostar Bavaro. I am definitely pleased that we were at the top-notch Iberostar -- could tell it was quite a bit better than their neighboring Iberostar Dominicana and Ibersotar Punta Cana. And HOW EXCITING, they are opening this December (or maybe next December??? not sure...) the Grand Iberostar right next door, which will be Adults Only!!!! There weren't too many families there, though, so it was cool.

The Iberostar Bavaro was out of sight. The weather was perfect too. But what a place. Gorgeous. The suites were awesome and very clean. Beautiful landscaping and grounds. Beautiful beaches. Fantastic staff. Professional and outstanding entertainment staff and shows every night. VERY friendly staff -- just loved them all. This is one of - if not THE - best tropical places I have ever been. We were one 'lane' back from the on-the-beach suites, which was very nice.

We just got back from Excellence Playa Mujeres last week. The resort was beautiful and the staff very nice and ready to please! We went to Excellence Rivera Cancun last year and actually ran into some of the staff at this resort that we met last year! The rooms and the food were all excellent and we would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet romantic get away. The resort lives up to it's name! Thanks to Sharon again for booking us a great vacation!

While absolutely confused and frustrated browsing online for our family vacation, I happened on Ultimate All-Inclusive Travel. I immediately called and spoke to Geoff. I have to say that in just 5 minutes I was convinced that a travel agent (especially Geoff & Sharon) were the ONLY way to go. We initially booked the Iberostar Del Mar (but had to cancel unfortunately due to some unforseen circumstances). Geoff took great care of us with returning our deposits that I swore the next trip would definitely be book through them.

This past Monday, 8/25, we returned from a WONDERFUL trip to Maui. Granted, it was not an all-inclusive resort, but with the personal attention we received from both Geoff & Sharon, how could we use any one else?? Not only did we get a great price, but they contacted our resort prior to our arrival to make sure we had the most wonderful room we could hope for. I tell you, it was so gorgeous - fully upgraded everything, that I thought it was better than my own home. Everything went so smoothly, I can't wait to book our next trip hopefully to an Iberostar resort. Thank you Geoff & Sharon for making our trip so fantastic and EASY!!!
